DNS is vast arcane system. Has tentacles everywhere. Has deep historical
roots, is understood by few and run by an obscure, hidden elite group whose
members answer only to each other. Somehow DNS supplanted honest American
HOSTS.TXT by stealth. Letters 'DNS' in octal code are '104116123' or in
fact 10, 4, 1, 16, 12, 3: 'jda plc'. 'plc' means clearly both 'place' and
'police', will not state here obvious meaning of 'jda'.
