Search Codes for Pages and Other

In Pages.app or textedit or the like, I have found three elements I can
search for with special indicators:

\i - search for line feed / soft return
\n - search for hard return
\t - search for tab

I got these by trying the alphabet after a \ to see what it might find.
I feel assured there are others such search options. Can any one
provide them, or a link to same?

In MS Word, searching for ^e (caret and lower-case e) finds endnote marks. I'd suspect most such codes are program-specific. For Word, see
