I think I saw a posting a while back in which someone in the group was
looking for a small Polytone. I have a Baby Brute that I am going to
advertise or ebay, but I thought I would post here first. Here's the
scoop:

It's 11"H x 11"W x 10"D. One 8" speaker, 75watts of power, reverb, and
all the usual Polytone stuff. It's covered in black tolex, with metal
corner protectors a la Fender. The speaker cover is foam (the foam is
all there, but not very new-looking), with Polytone and Baby Brute on
a metal badge in the upper LH corner. Everything works, it's clean,
and the only issue I can see is that a previous owner removed the
third (grounding) prong from the plug. It still sounds quiet and
clean. I will sell for $250 plus shipping, and the price is firm.
Pictures available upon request. Thanks!

I'm in the market for something like this and would love to see some
pics. The only question I have is about the 8" speaker. I've never used
one that small before and I haven't really tested any either. I'd like
to see the posted thoughts of those that have tried 10" and 12" compared
to an 8". Jerry, where are you located? I'm in Denver... btw, what is
the weight of the unit?

I'm in Indianapolis, Steve. I'll take some pics, and send them out to
you tonight. The amp weighs in at 22lbs.

I just used the amp for noodling around at home, so I have no valid
opinion as to its worthiness on a gig. For home use, it's very nice,
sounds great, and is easy to move around....
